CASA Children’s Garden planted in Roanoke, Va. — again

Virginia’s First Lady, Anne Holton, helped cut the ribbon April 5 at the dedication of the CASA Children’s Garden at the Jefferson Center in Roanoke, where the offices of the Roanoke Valley CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Foundation are located.
